See different IITs have different cut-offs for Open-PwD candidates but yes if your son secures his AIR under PwD quota under 100 then he can get good IITs like IIT Delhi IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur and likewise.

And it is quite difficult to tell you about exact marks to score because for JEE-Advance no maximum marks are fixed.

what is my rank in general catagory and sc cayagory if my marks is 200 out of 366 in jee advance

First conratulations on getting such a good marks in JEE advance .

Actually it is difficult to predict accurately what percentile you will get with such marks in JEE advance as the rank list of JEE Advanced 2021 will be prepared based on the aggregate marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance examination . Only candidates who score the minimum prescribed marks in each subject and in aggregate will be included in the rank list.

SINCE YOU'VE NOT MENTIONED YOUR DESIRED BRANCH AND YOUR CATEGORY I'LL ASSUME YOU BELONG TO THE GENERAL CATEGORY. NOW CUTOFF MARKS DEPEND'S UPON VARIOUS FACTORS SUCH AS NUMBER OF STUDENTS APPEARING FOR THE EXAM, NUMBER OF SEATS AND DIFFICULTY LEVEL OF THE EXAM. ALSO CUTOFF IS DIFFERENT FOR DIFFERENT BRANCHES. BUT MINIMUM MARKS TO GET INTO IIT BOMBAY WAS 122 IN JEE ADVANCED WITH A CLOSING RANK OF 12216 IN THE YEAR 2020.
